Resumen
Muchas organizaciones del siglo XXI han direccionado todos sus métodos competitivos a la creación de nuevas técnicas de marketing que les genere posicionamiento. Aun así, muy pocas le han dado prioridad a los sistemas comunicacionales internos para establecer adecuadas estrategias y así llegar a crear un vínculo emocional con el cliente interno y de éste con el producto. Guayaquil, es una ciudad ubicada en la costa del Ecuador, debido al considerable atractivo para la comercialización y distribución en el sector automotriz, Vistony del Perú, a través de su sucursal, Vistony del Ecuador durante ocho años ha comercializado lubricantes automotrices consolidándose como una empresa próspera en el sector privado de la ciudad.
Debido a la competencia demanda de calidad exigida por los públicos internos y externos en las organizaciones, las empresas hoy en día adoptan estrategias de comunicación interna con perspectivas multidireccionales, creando una canal de comunicación para los trabajadores con un acceso a información y oportunidades de expresar sus ideas y sentimientos. Entonces qué mejor campo de acción que una empresa elabore un manual del empleado que sea utilizado como fuente de información, en sus bases filosóficas de la empresa, situando responsabilidades y derechos que identifiquen al trabajador con la empresa que labora. La presente investigación pretende diseñar un plan de comunicaciones internas para la empresa Vistony enfocado principalmente a la motivación de los empleados de dicha compañía. Para ello, la idea central del proyecto es observar la situación actual de la comunicación interna de la compañía y a partir de ello, proponer dicho plan, reestructurando los procesos de comunicación en la organización. Los sujetos de la investigación serán los empleados de la empresa Vistony del Ecuador, que se les aplicará un instrumento a modo de encuesta que nos permita conocer el estado de la comunicación interna de la empresa.
Many organizations have addressed the XXI century all its competing for the creation of new marketing techniques that generate them positioning methods. Yet, very few have given priority to internal communication systems to establish appropriate strategies and reach to create an emotional bond with the internal customer and the product thereof. Guayaquil is a city located on the coast of Ecuador, due to the considerable appeal for marketing and distribution in the automotive sector, Vistony of Peru , through its subsidiary, Vistony of Ecuador for eight years has sold automotive lubricants establishing itself as a company thriving in the private sector of the city . Due to demand quality competition required by internal and external public organizations, companies nowadays adopt internal communication strategies with multi perspectives, creating a communication channel for workers with access to information and opportunities to express their ideas and feelings. So what better scope a company develop an employee manual to be used as a source of information, in its philosophical foundation of the company, placing identifying responsibilities and rights workers who work with the company. This research aims to design an internal communications plan for the company Vistony focused mainly on motivation of employees of that company. For this, the central idea of the project is to observe the current state of the internal communication of the company and from this, to propose such a plan, restructuring communication processes in the organization. The research subjects are employees of the company Vistony of Ecuador, which will be applied by way of a tool that allows us to survey the status of the internal communication of the company.
