Resumen
In Ecuador, a great progress is being made with regard to the inclusion in the society of people with special capacities, this progress has been achieved through public entities that work to the benefit of these people, Among the objectives of these entities are health, education employment and egalitarian recreation, while the present project located in the parish Manglaralto is developed in response to the absence of a space adapted for people with special abilities in this parish, in Where it will be considered to propose the design of gardens and areas that offer diversion and recreation for people with special abilities in the parish Manglaralto. The adequacy of this space is important because these people need to have a place where they can carry out physical activities and rest in which they can make use of all facilities properly and without restrictions. In order to obtain the adequate results in this project, the types of disabilities present in the parish will be identified, the appropriate distraction spaces will be planned and designed for people with special abilities, the technical specifications of the designs to be proposed will be determined. Appropriate materials, the use of vegetation that generates shade, among other important factors to achieve an environment where the climatic conditions of the place are taken advantage of and can be in contact with nature.
