Resumen
Realizada la investigación en la Escuela Básica “Jaime Flores Murillo”, se
comprobó que la actividad física si incide de forma directa en el desarrollo
integral de los estudiantes de la básica elemental. Para su diagnóstico se
aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y entrevista lo que permitió obtener resultados
para el diseño de la propuesta que consistió en la elaboración de una guía de
orientación didáctica sobre actividades físicas que potencien el desarrollo
integral de los mismos. En la construcción del marco teórico se utilizaron
investigaciones de varios autores, quienes aportaron significativamente a su
construcción, entre ellos podemos mencionar a Cabestany (2013), quien
establece que la educación integral parte de la base de que todo ser humano
es único e irrepetible, Aberg (2010), que comprueba la importancia de la
actividad física para el desarrollo del cerebro y este para el aprendizaje y los
aportes dados por Herrera (2010), sobre la Escuela Activa y lo establecido por
Bandura sobre los factores externos e internos que influyen dentro del proceso
de aprendizaje, además se citan a varios autores quien en sus aportes sobre
la concepciones de educación, acentúa la necesidad de considerarla como un
proceso interactivo- transaccional, en la que la educación integral ocupa un
lugar preponderante. En el análisis y discusión de resultados se resalta la
importancia de diseñar una guía de orientación didáctica sobre actividades
físicas.
