Determinación de la disposición del ciudadano común en informar para la creación de una revista de estilo de vida en el cantón Pedro Carbo

Resumen
El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación es informar, entretener, educar y persuadir mediante la comunicación estratégica utilizando como herramienta un medio escrito (revista) que nos permita la interacción con nuestro público meta del Cantón Pedro Carbo. A través del análisis del estudio realizado previamente en esta localidad hemos determinado las falencias y necesidades que existen en el campo comunicacional, posteriormente a esta investigación obtenemos como resultado la delimitación de la variable independiente para aplicación de la variable dependiente para el desarrollo de la propuesta. La prioridad de nuestro proyecto es usar el poder de la comunicación para el cambio social, retomando un proceso de orientación y formación para la transformación de la ciudadanía. Tomando en cuenta que existe el poco interés de personas naturales y jurídicas que se enmarquen en este rol, razón por la cual creemos firmemente que nuestro plan fortalecerá el pensamiento crítico y participativo de la ciudadanía Carbense para reforzar la acción comunicativa de los sujetos sociales, emisor y receptores cuya acción se lleva a cabo por medio de investigaciones que deben respetar su cultura y estilos de vida de acuerdo a su percepción del mundo, así se busca el equilibrio entre los diversos componentes que la integran. El elemento base del proyecto está sustentado en la encuesta que es el instrumento principal para la toma de decisiones en lo que será la estructuración de la temática de la revista, periodos de publicación y la aceptación de la misma. En la documentación se encontrara referencias acerca del porcentaje poblacional según el Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censo (INEC) que ha sido nuestra guía para la planificación y sustentación de los ideales del proyecto, de esta forma se certifica que los datos encontrados y presentados son de fuentes verídicas cumpliendo con el protocolo y profesionalismo de un comunicador social.
The objective of this research project is to inform, entertain, educate and persuade through strategic communication as a tool using a written medium (magazine) that allows us to interact with our target audience of Canton Pedro Carbo. Through the analysis of the previous study in this location we have identified the gaps and needs in the communications field, then this research which will result in delineation of the independent variable for the application of the dependent variable for the development of the proposal. The priority of our project is to use the power of communication for social change, resuming a process of orientation and training for transformation of citizenship. Given that there is little interest from individuals and companies that fall in this role, which is why we strongly believe that our plan will strengthen critical thinking and participatory citizenship Carbense to reinforce communicative action of social subjects, issuer and receptors whose action is carried out through research that they must respect their culture and lifestyles according to their perception of the world and seeks a balance between the various components that comprise it. The basic element of the project is supported by the survey is the main instrument for making decisions on what will be the structure of the issue of the magazine, publication periods and acceptance of the same. The documentation references about the population percentage was found according to the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC) has been our guide for planning and supporting the ideals of the project, thus certifying that the data are found and presented truthful sources in compliance with the protocol and professionalism of a social communicator.
