Incidencia de la identidad cultural en la formación integral de los estudiantes de básica media de la unidad educativa Intercultural Bilingue Tránsito Amaguaña

Resumen
La presente investigación se da porque la actual Ley de Educación
establece que la Formación Intercultural se debe ofrecer en todo el sistema
educativo nacional, por esta razón y para fortalecer la cultura en el Ecuador
empezando por los niños y jóvenes que se están llenando de ideas que no
les pertenecen y quieren a veces aparentar lo que no son, se ha dado la
necesidad del compromiso de una educación integral desde las aulas
educativas en donde los docentes tienen el papel principal, para hacer el
cambio a esta situación. En base a esto el objetivo general es identificar la
incidencia de la identidad cultural en la formación integral de los estudiantes
de básica media de la unidad educativa intercultural bilingüe “Tránsito
Amaguaña”. Con una metodología de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, se
aplicó los métodos analíticos, sintéticos y bibliográficos, se entrevistó a un
directivo y se aplicó encuesta a docentes, estudiantes y representantes
legales, para obtener información de importancia y veraz sobre las
variables de investigación. Como conclusión se llegó a corroborar que una
de las causales de importancia que influye en la pérdida de la identidad
cultural es la diversidad de religiones, que los niños aún inmaduros en el
conocimiento completo y cabal tiene que asimilar entre ellos. Para ayudar
en esta situacion se propuso la creacion de talleres de capacitación sobre
la preservación de la identidad cultural.
This research is given because the current Education Law establishes that Intercultural Training should be offered throughout the national educational system, for this reason and to strengthen the culture in Ecuador starting with children and young people who are filling up with ideas that do not belong to them and sometimes want to pretend what they are not, there has been a need for the commitment of a comprehensive education from the educational classrooms where teachers have the main role, to make the change to this situation. On the basis of this the general objective is to identify the incidence of cultural identity in the integral formation of the students of basic of the bilingual intercultural educational unit "Tránsito Amaguaña". With a qualitative and quantitative methodology, analytical, synthetic and bibliographical methods were applied, a manager was interviewed and a survey was applied to teachers, students and legal representatives, to obtain important and truthful information on the research variables. In conclusion, it was corroborated that one of the important causes that influences the loss of cultural identity is the diversity of religions, which children still immature in full and complete knowledge have to assimilate among them. To help in this situation was proposed the creation of training workshops on the preservation of cultural identity.
