Resumen
Una de las prioridades esenciales que requiere la institución de educación
básica Juan Modesto Carbo Noboa, zona 5 distrito 09D14 parroquia
Pedro Carbo provincia del Guayas es que habiliten el departamento de
consejería estudiantil de forma integral, para que brinde apoyo y
acompañamiento psicológico y psico-educativo en el marco legal vigente,
dar solución a conflictos que se presentan en el diario vivir. El DECE
ayuda a mediar conflictos y estimula el desarrollo habilidades de la
enseñanza – aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Cuenta con el respectivo
seguimiento del Director, coordinadores, docentes, y Comunidad
educativa. Dentro del proceso de orientación y asesoría que se da a partir
de los respectivos reportes dados por los docentes, y el análisis de cada
una de las teorías al proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, facilite una
verdadera asesoría como la oportunidad de que los padres y los
representantes se sientan orientados con confianza y certeza de su
participación que es canalizada mediante el diálogo y la afectividad de los
actores de la comunidad educativa, por esas razones es q se diseña un
Manual de Mediación de Conflicto para el departamento de la Consejería
Estudiantillo lograr que se sientan motivados e interesados los
estudiantes, los directivos, docentes, padres de familia y la comunidad
educativa con la finalidad que se apliquen las relaciones inter personales
del buen vivir. Este manual es que va ayudar a mejorar la labor
profesional del docente los directivos y sistema directivo ya que en la
actualidad se han presentado varios conflictos como: Indisciplina, baja
relación inter personales entre compañeros, falta de colaboración por
parte de los padres de familia y representantes legales.
In this research on the influence of the Administrative Management affects the educational performance of teachers in the School of Basic Education "Juan Modesto Carbo Noboa" Zone 5 Canton provinces of Guayas Pedro Carbo Pedro Carbo Parish District: 09D14, predispose to suffer. This has meant that the educational problems, social and family of this environment is going to increase and consequently the results of those those performance are not properly oriented and less are dealt with properly constructed and implemented help, why there certain discomfort in this whole educational community. Mismanagement by the Administrative Director is a great problem of any educational institution, aggravated by the lack of participation and collaboration of teachers and parents or legal guardians. The academic environment and home powerfully influence the academic performance of learners, concluding that living in the school and homes, psychological or verbal reflected in academic performance. It is vital that those who make the student community are interested in the academic welfare of learners, so that they sit one or otherwise supported by all those who make up this environment and are motivated to give their best Yes. Clearly, it is difficult to make suggestions to change those training methods that cause the problems discussed, but it is possible to create tools to identify children with poor school performance due to negative relationships in which they are immersed.
