correspondientes a décimo “Santa Elena, Ambato y Cuenca”.
The present systematization axis arose with the purpose of demonstrating the motivational factors that tend to direct decisions that students of the tenth year of basic education of the Ecuadorian Educational Unit Austrian take on the choice of a baccalaureate model, all this with a view to the proper development of an adjustable life project, changing and facilitating the achievement of professional goals. The activity that allowed obtaining the information for this was given from the August 15 until September 9, 2016 with the three parallels corresponding to tenth "Santa Elena, Ambato and Cuenca". For this, used the systematization methodology accompanied with techniques that allowed to obtain information such as scientific observation, focus groups, open and semi-structured interviews, in addition to the creation of the tree problems, among the main ones; these structured in several moments: first the exploration of the characteristic of this specific community, besides involving these same in the mobilization of the community to address the needs that afflicted her and find ways to mobilize in favor of a solution. When the workshops were applied, it was possible to empower teenage students of conceptions that will guide more clearly and structured the variants to reflect prior to a decision, those internal categories as well as personality, self-concept together with skills and interests present in your psyche and environmental factors (external) that also have an impact on these decisions, which range from family to nearby groups
