Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo es contribuir a la Pedagogía con procesos de aprendizajes participativos, activos y productivos al tomar como base fundamental la interacción del sujeto con el mundo material y social. Aportar estrategias de acción para el desarrollo de potencialidades y poner el conocimiento al servicio de una vida digna y humanista. El uso de estrategias apropiadas propiciarán la motivación de los docentes al asumir cambios y brindar soluciones creativas pertinentes. Dentro de los objetivos está el involucrar a docentes, estudiantes y autoridades en el proceso pedagógico entre el ser humano y la naturaleza que se adelantan al desarrollo. El marco teórico está sustentado en la Teoría Epistemológica Social Cognitiva que es el desarrollo integral y sinérgico de las capacidades e intereses del individuo enfocado al proceso educativo social de trabajo participativo y productivo, así como la corriente Pedagógica y Fundamentación Psicológica Histórico Social. Se realizaron consultas en Bibliotecas e Internet, aportes de expertos y especialistas en el tema. La metodología que se aplica corresponde a la tipología descriptiva, de campo y bibliográfica; se trabaja con encuestas dirigidas a los docentes y estudiantes así como a directivos del Colegio Fisco-misional Domingo Comín que constituyen un aval para la elaboración de la Propuesta que está relacionada con el diseño de un módulo alternativo para docentes. Por la facilidad del manejo de este módulo, por las responsabilidades y acuerdos sociales establecidos entre docentes, autoridades y estudiantes sobre la importancia de un aprendizaje participativo que potencie lo conseguido por el individuo y lo que hace con ayuda de los demás, este módulo beneficiará a todos los actores del proceso pedagógico y a la Institución que mejorará la calidad educativa y su prestigio.
The purpose of this paper is to contribute to a process of participatory learning pedagogy, the basic productive assets and basic as taking the subject's interaction with the material and social. Provide action strategies for the development of potential and knowledge to the service of a dignified human life. Among the objectives is to involve teachers, students and authorities in the educational process between man and nature are forward development. The theoretical framework is supported by Social Cognitive Theory Epistemological development is integrated and synergistic capabilities and interests of individual social educational process focused on participatory and productive work, as well as the current Historic Pedagogical and Social Psychological Foundations. Consultations were held in libraries and the Internet, contributions of experts and specialists in the field. The methodology used work with surveys of teachers and students as well as Domingo Comín Fisco-misional college managers who serve as an endorsement for the preparation of the proposal which is related to the design an alternative module for teachers. For ease of handling the module, social responsibilities and agreements established between teachers, officials and students about the importance of participatory learning that enhances the achievements of the individual and what he does with help from others, this module will benefit all stakeholders in the educational process and the institution that will improve educational quality and prestige.
