Resumen
Debido al elevado índice de inseguridad que se observa a los alrededores de la unidad educativa, surge la necesidad de diseñar un sistema de registro y alerta mediante tecnología RFID, el cual fue propuesto de acuerdo a la necesidad de atención y cuidado físico de los alumnos de nivel inicial y kínder ya que esto constituye una enorme responsabilidad para la institución. A medida de representación del sistema, se procede a desarrollar un prototipo que tendrá como resultado llevar un registro automático de asistencia a clases y alerta preventiva de abandono del plantel educativo o ingreso a áreas no autorizadas por parte de los estudiantes, para desarrollar dicho prototipo es necesario la utilización de un microcontrolador (Arduino Uno) y un módulo (RC522), además es necesario la utilización de terminales adicionales como: un Modem GSM (SIM900) y dispositivos electrónicos sonoros para simular la alerta y el envío de mensajes de texto. Posteriormente para el desarrollo de la aplicación básica se opta a utilizar Visual Studio Express 2010 y como sistema de gestión de la bases de datos se elige Microsoft Access. Con esto se logra conocer posibles mejoras del proyecto, ilustrarse sobre inconvenientes que se presentarán durante el diseño del sistema.
Due to the high level insecurity observed in the surroundings of the school, the need arises to design a record and alert’s system through RFID technology, which was proposed according to the need of attention and physical care of the students of initial level and kindergarten since this constitutes an enormous responsibility for the institution. As a measure representation’s system, a prototype is developed that will result in automatic registration of attendance and preventive alert of abandonment of the educational establishment or entry to unauthorized areas by the students, to develop such a prototype is necessary to use a microcontroller (Arduino Uno) and a module (RC522), in addition it is necessary the use of additional terminals such as: a GSM Modem (SIM900) and electronic sound devices to simulate the alert and the sending of text messages. Subsequently for the development of the basic application is chosen to use Visual Studio Express 2010 and as a database management system is chosen Microsoft Access. With this it is possible to know possible improvements of the project, to illustrate itself on inconveniences that will be presented during the design of the system.
