Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación es sobre el idioma materno y sus
potencialidades en la Expresión Oral y Escrita universitaria. Diseño de
una cartilla con estrategias de consolidación de la oralidad y escritura
para los estudiantes del Primer Semestre de la Carrera de
Comunicación Social de la Universidad Estatal de Milagro. Una de las
dificultades que se presentan dentro del aula es el desconocimiento de
las normas gramaticales, morfológicas, sintácticas, ortográficas y
prosódicas, las cuales impiden que el proceso comunicacional se
realice de manera eficiente y sea productivo. Para solucionar el
problema es necesario investigar tópicos como el idioma, expresión
oral, expresión escrita, lingüística, gramática, semiótica, comunicación
y redacción con la finalidad de esclarecer incógnitas con respecto al
inadecuado uso del español que es producto de la falta de
implementación de ejercicios que ayuden a que el proceso
comunicacional entre el educando y educador sea activo y
significativo, es decir que el estudiante convierta el contenido de
aprendizaje (sea dado o descubierto) en significados para sí mismo. En

otras palabras el estudiante podrá relacionar de modo sustancial y no
arbitrario, el contenido con lo que él ya sabe. Para lograr ello el
docente debe ser un mediador y asumir con completa responsabilidad
su labor educativa, además, juega el papel de concienciador, pues
ayuda a despertar interés, focalizar la atención y a detectar el desfase o
conflicto inicial entre lo que sabe el alumno y la novedad del contenido
del aprendizaje, así como, plantear nuevos desafíos y enfocar
estrategias eficaces para motivar al estudiante. Con el diseño de una
cartilla con estrategias de consolidación de la oralidad y escritura, se
facilitará el proceso de aprendizaje, por lo que el docente podrá utilizar
este recurso como refuerzo del conocimiento y para determinar si los
temas impartidos fueron comprendidos por el estudiante, ya que la
enseñanza-aprendizaje es un constante proceso donde tanto el
estudiante como el docente aprenden mediante la interacción, el
trabajo en equipo, la investigación y la autoformación.

With the design of a primer with consolidation strategies of speaking and writing, will facilitate the learning process, so that teachers can use this resource as a reinforcement of knowledge and to determine if the subjects taught were understood by the student, that the teachinglearning is an ongoing process where both the student and teacher learning through interaction, teamwork, research and self training.
