This research aims to determine the technical instrumentation adequate in maxillary lateral incisors , and preserve their anatomy. Thus , they have found a variety of cases with problems in dental anatomy of the pieces with atretic ducts and curved , which is a dilemma in the use of technical files and more adequate . Precise knowledge of the morphology of the pulp chamber and root canals , it is essential to get to success , why , prior to any study related to the techniques endodontic , you must have a broad enough knowledge of normal anatomic appearance of the pulp cavity , because the technique endodontic is full of details and principles, which must be observed to obtain a higher success rate . The root of the maxillary lateral incisor has a tendency to incurvarse distal and palatal , being often so pronounced this curvature it prevents further spreading of the duct , having thus implementing only until the file number 25. according Kuttler is the tooth that has the lowest proportion of straight ducts of 0.4 cases . The marked deviation is observed distally in approximately 80 % of cases , which is why the tooth offers the highest percentage of failures after treatment. There are few factors that have little influence on the results late treatment , are age and sex of the patient , the cause injury or disappearance of the pulp and the location of the tooth. These are very important factors that should not be overlooked. After gathering the appropriate technical information was presented to instrumentation upper lateral incisors . Therefore this research will be a guide for undergraduates who encounter this type of anatomy as in the case of upper lateral incisors
