This research aims to determine the adequate endodontic treatment of the maxillary canine posing pulp gangrene , the disease is related to microorganisms , which may use different gateways . the importance of this tooth is to be indispensable to the movement of laterality , running, facial and occlusal harmony. Treatment choice is to remove the pulp , the microorganisms and their products root system of ducts, and also looking to get the seal sealing of the system , leaving it isolated from the rest of the body . It consists of several phases, which must be performed sequentially. Each has specific objectives to be met , but all have a common one : allow it to properly perform the phase later. A fault in any of them will cause the failure of the chain whole . On entering a contaminated root canal , care must be taken not to bring , through instruments , toxic products for periapical region , care must be large to avoid complications is the exacerbation of chronic situations. This research was performed using the following methodology type literature , using tabs, consultations with experts in the field , taking as a result of this research the importance of keeping a tooth as is necessary for the facial asymmetry canine being the guide in the anterior part of the dental arch , taking into account the principles essential and fundamental elements of canal preparation is maintained during endodontic treatment and developing a material inquiry for future dentists Pilot College of Dentistry.
