endodoncia, revistas odontológicas, folletos y consulta a expertos.
tridimensionalmente.
As with most dental specialties the Endodontics is constantly evolving to an appropriate exercise of profession. The present investigation was made in order to students of the Pilot Faculty of Dentistry University of Guayaquil literature collected in different combinations used in the lateral sealing technique dimensional root canal , studying its principles, use of materials, advantages and disadvantages. We will evaluate each of the combinations of the technical side , which are the most used by the efficacy mainly by variations in the anatomy of the system root canal. It is important that students have the knowledge and the ability to achieve perfection each of these objectives. as know there is currently no material or sealing technique impermeable to bacterial filtration which forces us to choose a form of treatment associating better conformation ducts along with a sealing technique that provides good dimensional sealing both lateral and apical and coronal within limits of the root canal. If these parameters are obtained , there is a high probability of achieving peri radicular tissue regeneration. the even success depends on other factors such as materials used, instruments used , radiographic interpretation and final restoration. the methodology used in this research is based on literature books endodontics, dental magazines, brochures and expert consultation . with This work was achieved lateral choose the most effective technique and less probability of failure in sealing root canals three-dimensionally .
