palabra, droga, procedimiento sanitario o quirúrgico administrado o llevado a
The present research work deals with the etiology of pulp and different endogenous and exogenous causes that damages the pulp, also considering a major cause iatrogenic produced by lack of knowledge of some professionals in the area of Dental. In Exogenous causes are: Physical, Chemical and Biological Endogenous causes are: Senile Age and other processes Regressive or idiopathic and systemic diseases such as diabetes and Hypophosphatemia can cause pulp injury. Inside are iatrogenic or therapeutic intentional removal , Preparation of dental cavities , restoration operations. The term derives from the Greek Iatrogenic : IATOS ( iatrós ): Medical and genius ( Genea ) : origin and is defined by the General Dictionary of the Spanish Language Vox as the " production of harmful effects due to the medical intervention ." in a more academically iatrogenic means " the damage as result of the correct use of diagnostics and therapeutics " Often, the term is often used synonymously error , which is inaccurate. Cerecedo states that " Iatrogenic damage is caused by a word , drug, medical or surgical procedure administered or carried out by a health care professional - based on a correct indication and reliable criteria - despite which creates discomfort or illness ... Iatrogenic error is not synonymous , are opposites , and that error is a lack linked to ignorance which is opposed to the nature of the medical act . "
