El visto bueno a una trabajadora remunerada del hogar por falta de probidad

Resumen
Dentro del trámite de visto bueno en la ciudad de Quito, la Sra. Blanca Egas en calidad de empleadora presento una demanda en la inspectoría de trabajo en contra de su empleada doméstica Mirian Álvarez por incumplir el contrato de trabajo y haber incurrido en las causales 1 y 3 del artículo 172 código de trabajo, que habla el primer numeral por faltar a su lugar de trabajo por más de tres días consecutivos; y el numeral 3 de este mismo artículo que dice por falta de probidad, ya que se sustrajo la suma de veintiocho mil dólares, en objetos de valor y dinero en efectivo etc. El inspector de trabjo realizo investigaciones tendientes a esclarecer la verdad, notifico, cito y verifico en vista que no conciencia la Sra. Mirian Alvarez. Se notificó por medio de la prensa tomo versiones donde trabajaba y agoto todas las diligencias de debido proceso, para finalmente dictar su resolución de visto bueno a favor de la empleadora.
