This paper aims to identify the impact of the development of psychomotor skills (as) children (as) four years in the literacy readiness, based on the scientific method. One of the current problems of early education originates from the competitiveness in education, so that teaching practice is confusing the current demands of efficiency and quality by accelerating the processes of teaching, resulting in oversized schooling and forgetting strengthen the skills required within the initial level, affecting children as to implement in the classroom activities to learn to read and write at an early age, prevent them to enhance psychomotor skills required to have a good physical, mental and social development, which will be shown at a low maturation level; the teachers should guide their goals in the classroom to perform tasks for the student to attain the skills that will enable them to be prepared to learn to read and write at the time of admission to the General Basic Education, with out any problems. The collection of information includes field research, observation, sample selection, survey, test application, information processing and analysis results, proving the hypothesis made. As a result a methodological guide for the stimulation of psychomotor skills which will aim to guide teachers in performing exercises that enhance psychomotor skills will be developed.
