The pulp necrosis refers to a pulp no longer exists as an organized tissue , no metabolism and becomes organic debris , such as coagulation and liquefaction, not at all like living tissues , can not talk total pulpectomy , because the flesh no longer exists , much less be eliminated , but is referred to simply as therapeutic conductoterapia or necrotic pulp, because what is treated is no longer a pulp but the duct and lacking a tooth pulp. The pulp necrosis is an irreversible condition characterized by tissue destruction that can be locally present in pulp tissue or otherwise vital in the coronal and radicular pulp. 1 Within the clinical endodontic practice is common to find as causal necrosis factor to dental caries . Lin et al.2 always showed that the coronal pulp tissue necrosis , whereas only when the injury exposes the pulp appears in 60% of cases this injury involves the root pulp. This graduation work leads to the kind of descriptive , analytical and explanatory research bibliographic form features under study are presented in the present case it is pulp necrosis , diagnosis and treatment . The purpose is to describe the background of the aforementioned diseases , their causes and implement endodontic techniques that eliminate this pathology which would work with the overall health of the patient. 1 Beer R , Baumann MA , Kim S.
