Resumen
Ante la demanda del personal de la empresa que se hacen atender en el consultorio por
diversos acontecimientos ocurridos durante los horarios laborables, se optó por realizar un
sistema más eficiente que nos ayude a automatizar los procesos internos que se
desarrollaban manualmente como son los reportes estadísticos de morbilidad y absentismo,
ficha médica, identificación de riesgos del puesto de trabajo que estará expuesto el
empleado, el ingreso de los datos personales del trabajador, historial clínica, emisión de
receta, ante esta situación y los inconvenientes que se presentaban en el departamento de
Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional de no encontrar la información correctamente registrada, lo
cual causaba demasiadas molestias, entre otras situaciones, es por este motivo que se creó
este sistema, la cual facilitara la búsqueda eficaz del historial clínico que contenga en orden
toda la información de los empleados.
Para el desarrollo de este sistema se utilizara las siguientes herramientas Netbeans,
PostgreSQL, Ireport, para emitir reportes de accidentes laborales, exámenes ocupacionales.
Estas herramientas permitirán que este sistema sea de gran ayuda para la compañía en sus
procesos internos de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Al finalizar este proyecto y haber hecho los análisis respectivos, se llegó a la conclusión de
que este sistema es de gran apoyo, al momento de poder agilizar los procesos que demandan
mucho tiempo y así lograr optimizarlos.
Given the demand of company personnel who do serve in the office for various events during working hours, we opted for a more efficient system to help us automate internal processes that are manually developed such as statistical reports, daily control of health, risk identification of the job that will expose the employee, the income of the personal data of the worker, clinical history, issuing a prescription, in this situation and the problems that were presented in the department of Occupational Safety and Health occupational not find the information properly registered, which caused a lot of trouble, among other situations, it is for this reason that this system was created, which facilitate the efficient search of medical records containing all the information in order for employees. For the development of this system the following tools Netbeans, PostgreSQL, Ireport, is used to issue statistical reports of accidents, occupational tests. These tools allow this system to be of great help to the company in its internal processes Occupational Safety and Health. Upon completion of this project and have made the respective analysis, it was concluded that this system is of great support, when to streamline processes and time-consuming to achieve optimization.
