Aspectos biológicos y psicosociales que afectan la sexualidad en mujeres mayores de 40 años atendidas en el Centro de Salud Cisne II

Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar los aspectos biológicos y
psicosociales que afectan la sexualidad en mujeres mayores de 40 años
atendidas en el centro de salud cisne II, para esto se usó un estudio descriptivo,
prospectivo, trasversal de tipo no experimental. Los resultados obtenido luego de
realizada la encuesta y posterior tabulación, tenemos que el 49% de las mujeres
están en un rango de edad entre los 40 y 50 años de edad, 51% refieren estar en
post- menopausia ya que no tienen ciclo menstrual desde hace más de un año,
68% de las mujeres aún mantienen vida sexual activa, de las cuales el 26%
tienen relaciones sexuales con su pareja 1 vez por semana. Dentro de las
molestias que presentan tenemos que hay de tipo vasomotor, el 78% de las
mujeres sexualmente activas refirieron resequedad y dolor durante el coito, otra
de las manifestaciones sexuales más frecuentes es la perdida de la libido en un
46%; en la parte psicológica tenemos que el 70% de las mujeres climatéricas
refirieron que su problema de relación de pareja se reagudizo por falta de
comunicación y finalmente el 75% presento depresión, agotamiento físico y
mental. Él climaterio comprende un abanico de manifestaciones clínicas que
hacen que la mujer le cueste adaptarse a estos cambios generándole
inconvenientes en su desarrollo de la sexualidad, dentro de nuestro estudio hubo
mayor predominio de los trastornos vasomotores. Hay que tener en cuenta que
mujeres con vida sexual activa no tienen una vida sexual placentera.

Among the discomforts that present we have that there are vasomotor type, 78% of sexually active women reported dryness and pain during intercourse, another of the most frequent sexual manifestations is the loss of libido by 46%; In the psychological part we have that 70% of the climacteric women reported that their problem of relationship was re established due to lack of communication and finally 75% presented depression and physical and mental exhaustion. The climacteric comprises a range of clinical manifestations that make it difficult for women to adapt to these changes, causing inconveniences in their development of sexuality, we have that within our study there was a greater prevalence of vasomotor disorders. Keep in mind that many women with active sexual life do not have a pleasant sex life.
