Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como función prioritaria evaluar el liderazgo de los directivos, y el cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos de las Instituciones Educativas, de los recintos del cantón Baba. Es importante resaltar que esta investigación se basa en determinar las causas que afectan dichos procesos, y diseñar estrategias que permitan dar soluciones. Los fundamentos teóricos de este trabajo ofrece un panorama general de la definición de gestión, sus precursores e importancia, por lo que, modelo de gestión tiene como finalidad proporcionar una perspectiva social y cultural de la administración mediante el establecimiento de compromisos de participación colectivo. Hay gestión a partir del involucramiento de todos en los procesos de planeación, organización, dirección, evaluación, toma de decisiones, resolución de conflictos, definición e identificación de retos y oportunidades de desarrollo estratégico de toda organización educativa, la cual se sustenta mediante opiniones vertidas de grandes entendidos en materia de gestión. La metodología utilizada, responde al tipo de investigación descriptiva-explicativa en el marco de un diseño no experimental, y de campo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 44 docentes de aula, 4 directores, 36 representantes legales de los estudiantes; la recogida de datos se realizó con dos cuestionarios. Luego estos datos se procedieron a jornalizar y se procesó con el modelo de análisis factorial y estadística descriptiva. La información cualitativa fue recolectada, mediante talleres realizados con los docentes, y los representantes legales de los estudiantes; estos permitieron revelar situaciones, carencias que complementaron la explicación del objeto de estudio, la cual sustenta esta investigación. Los hallazgos generados en la investigación señalan que, de hecho se observan instituciones educativas con alto y mediano desempeño. Es por esta razón que se ha evidenciado que mediante la aplicación de un manual de funciones en la Instituciones Educativas se alcanzarán el desarrollo Institucional y de la comunidad.
This research work is to evaluate the leadership primary function of management, and compliance with the administrative processes of the educational institutions, the precincts of the county Baba. Importantly, this research is based on determining the causes that affect these processes, and design strategies to provide solutions. The theoretical foundations of this paper provides an overview of the definition of management, their precursors and importance, so that management model aims to provide a social and cultural perspective of the administration through the establishment of collective participation commitments. There are management from all involvement in the processes of planning, organization, management, evaluation, decision making, conflict resolution, definition and identification of challenges and opportunities for strategic development of any educational organization, which is supported by opinions expressed connoisseurs of great management. The methodology used was a type of descriptive-explanatory research in the context of a nonexperimental design, and field. We worked with a sample of 44 classroom teachers, 4 directors, 36 legal representatives of students, the collection of data was performed using two questionnaires. This data is then proceeded to Journalize and processed with the model of factor analysis and descriptive statistics. Qualitative information was collected through workshops with teachers, and the legal representatives of students and these allowed revealing situations, deficiencies that complemented the explanation of the study object, which supported this research. The findings generated by this investigation indicate that in fact observed educational institutions with high and medium performance. It is for this reason has been shown that by applying a manual functions in educational institutions Institutional development will be achieved and the community.
