Resumen
Los procesos del desarrollo organizacional en la escuela fiscal Nº421 Luis Noboa Icaza. Propuesta: modelo de desarrollo organizacional, que es un proceso planeado y sistemático de cambio organizacional con base en la investigación y la teoría de la ciencia del comportamiento. La meta es crear organizaciones adaptables, capaces de transformarse en forma repetida y reinventarse, según sea necesario, para conservar la efectividad. Como campo de la ciencia del comportamiento, es desarrollo organizacional. Se base en muchos principios bien establecidos, relacionados con la conducta de los individuos y los grupos en las organizaciones. En resumen el desarrollo organizacional se apoya en muchas de las facetas del comportamiento organizacional.El desarrollo organizacional es una colección de técnicas con una cierta filosofía y un cuerpo de conocimiento comunes. Entre sus principios básicos tiene: Busca crear un cambio autodirigido con el que se compromete la gente. Los problemas y aspectos a solucionar son los que identificaron los integrantes de la organización directamente interesados en ellos y a quienes les afectan. Es un esfuerzo de cambio en toda la organización- Normalmente el Desarrollo Organizacional insiste por igual en solucionar problemas inmediatos y en el desarrollo a largo plazo de una organización adaptable por lo que es efectivo - DO se preocupa más que otros enfoques en un proceso de colaboración en cuanto a la recopilación de datos, diagnóstico y acción para llegar a soluciones de los problemas. - Presenta un énfasis doble en la efectividad organizacional y en la satisfacción humana mediante la experiencia de trabajo. Uno de los principales procesos de cambio que utiliza en los programas de desarrollo organizacional consiste en la investigación de la acción es un proceso de solución de problemas del cambio organizacional que con base en la información que se apega mucho al método científico.
