Resumen
Es muy común observar el descontento en el medio laboral del personal docente y Directivos por ello se hace necesario mejorar el trato, positivo para trabajar en armonía practicando estrategias y metodología dentro del Aprendizaje Organizacional para que la comunicación y la participación voluntaria sea muy activa y fructífera y agradable en el ámbito del trabajo. Este proyecto se refiere a la importancia que tiene el plan de desarrollo organizacional para coordinar las labores y llegar al mejoramiento de una buena organización de Directivos y Maestros del Colegio Gral. Pedro J. Montero. El objetivo general es establecer las condiciones que caracterizan un clima de tranquilidad y comprensión mediante el Plan de Desarrollo organizacional para mejorar la intercomunicación entre Docentes y Directivos que brinde facilidades e impulsos para realizar todas las actividades con amor.
