Resumen
El propósito del trabajo educativo acerca de los procesos participativos de
los representantes legales del centro educativo “Luis Enrique Morales
Alfaro” de la ciudad de Guayaquil, año 2012. Y estrategias de
fortalecimiento de participación. Están dirigidos a crear nuevas
herramientas específicas que permiten una directa conexión entre los
Representantes Legales y el Plantel educativo al que estos pertenecen, al
ser este un proceso dinámico y cambiante, precisa a que el término sea
repensado en función de las diferentes formas que tiene de manifestarse
en los diversos sectores de la sociedad. Durante la visita realizada en la
Institución Educativa se pudo observar una serie de problemas que se
presentan en el Centro de Educación Básica “Luis Enrique Morales Alfaro”
de la parroquia Chongón de la provincia del Guayas, una de esas es la
escasa participación de los Representantes Legales en el desarrollo de la
comunidad, lo que ocasiona padres renuentes a participar en las
actividades internas del centro educativo. Es importante llevar a cabo esta
investigación porque por medio de la orientación adecuada, los
Representantes Legales entenderán la importancia de su participación en
el Centro Educativo y además de esto se centrarán a buscar soluciones
junto con el director y los docentes. En si los beneficiarios inmediatos son
los niños, pues contarán con un espacio físico organizado para llevar a
cabo el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, los docentes pues recibirán
una ayuda oportuna de los representantes legales
The purpose of the educational work on participatory processes of the legal representatives of the school "Luis Enrique Morales Alfaro" of the city of Guayaquil, 2012. And strategies to strengthen participation. They are aimed at creating new specific tools that allow a direct connection between the legal representatives and the campus to which they belong, as this is a dynamic and changing, needs to be rethought the term depending on the different ways that you manifest in the various sectors of society. During the visit in the Educational Institution could see a series of problems that arise in the Basic Education Centre "Luis Enrique Morales Alfaro" of the parish Chongón of Guayas province, one of these is the low participation of the representatives legal in community development, causing parents reluctant to participate in the affairs of the school. It is important to conduct this research because through proper guidance, the legal representatives understand the importance of their participation in the educational center and beyond that will focus on finding solutions together with the principal and teachers. Whether the immediate beneficiaries are the children, bringing them a physical space organized to carry out the teaching-learning process, the teachers can receive timely assistance of legal representatives
