Resumen
La necropulpectomía es el tratamiento de los conductos radiculares con necrosis pulpar, por consiguiente sr trata de dientes despulpados e infectados. Se basa en los datos clínicos y radiográficos, es decir, se trata de dientes con o sin lesión peri apical crónica rediográficamente visible. Este trabajo surge como resultado de vivir año a año los múltiples esfuerzos de cada uno de los casos realizados detallando desde la primera intervención con el paciente hasta su rehabilitación de manera favorable y positiva. Los diferentes tipos de tratamientos que les podemos brindar para mejor notablemente su función estética, mrcánica y funcional.

This work is the result of living every year many efforts of each of the cases performed detailing from the first intervention with the patient until their rehabilitation favorable and positive way.
