Resumen
El odontólogo general y particularmente el especialista, deben tener un alto nivel de conocimientos y de experiencia clínica para poder manejar de manera exitosa todos los accidentes que se puedan presentar durante la terapia endodóntica
Igualmente, merece gran atención los factores que contribuyen a la prevención, tratamiento y pronóstico de los accidentes. Realizar una buena toma radiográfica así como su interpretación, conocer la anatomía del diente a tratar, elegir el instrumental adecuado y al final la experiencia del operador.
Aunque existen diversas maneras de tratamiento en la terapiaendodontica y diferentes técnicas que pueden usarse para tratar las dificultades en el diagnóstico y tratamiento endodontico se debe también enfatizar que no solo es conocer una buena técnica sino que también tener conocimientos de las bases biológicas y un acercamiento preventivo al diagnóstico y tratamiento.
La metodología que sea utilizado en el presente trabajo ha sido de tipo experimental, bibliográfico, descriptiva, estudio de análisis radiográficos y estudios de las fichas clínicas.
Esperando como resultado que el presente trabajo de investigación tengo un gran aporte a la comunidad odontológica, para realizar un buen diagnóstico y elegir el tratamiento y técnica adecuada para una rehabilitación exitosa y así evitar una posible fractura del instrumento en el interior del conducto y obtener un buen pronóstico de la pieza dentaria tratada.
The general practitioner and the specialist particularly , must have a high level of clinical knowledge and experience to successfully manage all accidents that may occur during endodontic therapy Also deserves attention factors contributing to the prevention , treatment and prognosis of accidents. Make a good decision and radiographic interpretation, know the anatomy of the tooth to be treated, choose the proper equipment and end operator experience . Although there are various ways of treatment in terapiaendodontica and different techniques that can be used to treat difficulties in diagnosis and endodontic treatment should also emphasize that it is not only found a good technique but also have knowledge of the biological basis and a preventative approach diagnosis and treatment. The methodology to be used in the present work has been experimental , bibliographic , descriptive study of radiographic analyzes and type of medical records . Awaiting results in the present investigation have a great contribution to the dental community , to make a good diagnosis and choice of treatment and proper technique for successful rehabilitation and avoid a possible fracture of the instrument inside the canal and get a good prognosis of the treated tooth.
