The objective of this research is to determine the characteristics of early lesions during treatment opertaorio posterior teeth to prevent cavities. Because there have been many problems derived from the same , in which we consider the following problem. How to influence the clinical characteristics of early lesions in the operative treatment in posterior teeth ? For the present investigation Bibliographic experimental methods were used , resulting in the proper management of early lesions during surgical treatment. The early lesions of dental caries ( LIC ) are the result of demineralization remineralization of tooth structure process can be defined as an area of active lesion that clinically has a porous surface that looks like chalk, where the enamel loses its shine but without the presence of cavitation. Other condition of this is that there may be areas of remineralization and turn them into custody and inactive , or may progress to cavitation in a period of time ranging from aggressive events prevail on the defensive . In the incipient caries lesions structural damage is minimal tooth structure and does not compromise the functional integrity of the tooth. The decay at this stage is fully reversible. Currently emphasis on the need for the LIC without cavitation receive nonsurgical treatment done.
