In this research work addresses a problem of importance occurs in patients and the loss of one or more teeth which may be by pathological or traumatic causes , other factors would periodontal problems , dental caries, systemic problems: causes a patient has lost their teeth will cause deformations , bone resorption of the alveolar ridges as would be the height and width of the jaws of the dimension loss Vertical and facial height and as a consequence are disorders temporomandibular joint (TMJ ) . The dental prosthesis includes a wide range in the process of the oral rehabilitation that aims to replace missing teeth with various types of prostheses in partial edentulous patients , the loss of one or more teeth cause a deficit in the functionality of the oral cavity , We study each case individually and make a proper prosthetic planning for each patient and their specific problems . the first step would visit areas edentulous ridge type alveolar to assess the quality and quantity of bone where it will be seated the denture . Another factor will be the stability of the prosthetics to give an occlusal harmony The success of a prosthesis depends on good planning and execution of each of the steps required for processing the commissioned to design and manufacture these devices or artificial elements is the dental technician , who does his work in a dental laboratory receiving indications dentist.
