To identify the risks, the workers were interviewed and the development of their activities was observed during a working day, with the information the risks were evaluated using the descriptive method applying the William Fine matrix, obtaining as a result: high risks (2), medium risks (14) and low risks (19). If the risks materialize, they will incur an expense of $ 540,400.00 dollars that can be addressed through: the formation of the occupational health and safety department, protecting the machines, schedule training, order and cleaning program and design a signaling plan; the implementation of this proposal would cost $ 27,269.00 dollars. These proposals aim to improve the work environment and reduce absenteeism due to work accidents.
