porcelana.
In clinical practice, there are several educational teaching models. On the one hand it is possible to provide an education in the clinical practice comprehensive, interdisciplinary environments , and on the other , to establish particular areas for different dental disciplines . there furthermore the hybrid model in which both methods are present. You need knowledge of materials and possible techniques, that are constantly evolving in order to select and apply the best treatment option , to the restoration needs each patient. A correct choice of restorative treatment involves a commitment to maximum preservation of healthy tooth structure Restorative dentistry underwent a significant evolution in the second half of the twentieth century , giving professionals the area one wider range of alternatives. Before this period , few materials and restorative techniques were employed and their very different directions. This evolution began with the acid conditioning proposed by Buono - Core, followed shortly by the discovery of the resins Bowen composed . Composite or composite resins are synthetic materials molecules composed of various elements . these molecules often form very strong and lightweight structures. Since the early 70 have been choice material restoring anterior parts , gaining acceptance for their great improvements in occlusal sector in later parts and areas with high exposure to forces so well used as pit and fissure sealants , cementation of other fixed prostheses , adhesives for cosmetic fronts porcelain.
