Dental occlusion is the affinity that the teeth keep in a state of rest. Malocclusions are manifested as damage in the proper alignment of what the dental pieces are, considering the following as causal elements: abnormal habits, the inheritance, early loss of teeth, decay, atypical swallowing, interposition of tongue etc. Objective: To determine the different classes of Angle in people attended from 6 to 9 years of age in the Pilot School of Dentistry at the University of Guayaquil in the period 2017-2018, through the realization of a clinical history, extra oral and intraoral photographs, which will give us a guideline to know if we are going to find a bad occlusion at a later date. Methodology: A study that was carried out with a cross section, descriptive and field because it studies, at the same time, the type of Angle occlusion in a certain locality. Population: the patients who were attended by the students of the tenth semester, parallel four in the period 2017-2018 cycle II were included, giving us a result of 53 patients. The sample that was considered was 29 patients corresponding to 55% of the population. Result: It shows us that class I presents a record of 19 prevalence (32.76%). Class II with a record of 32 and a percentage of (55.17%), and finally, class III with a record of 7 with a percentage of (12.07%). As a deduction, the prevailing Angle class is class II, continuing with class I ending with class III as the least prevalent.
