The present research on the clinical study of the preparation for crowns porcelain with high patient smile. Its importance to deepen knowledge General preparation of the dies for it is known when q elemental type of treatment is to be applied to a patient in need of porcelain crowns . It is also important technological advances that today used to perform the dento- oral treatments , so you can solve many problems of oral health that our population suffer With globalization contemporary world he put a crimp in every way and that's why that dentistry was transformed by the application of new technological age. Ie with technological innovation allowing us to quality oral treatments Successful treatment with fixed prosthesis is determined by three criteria: longevity of the prosthesis, pulp and gingival health of the teeth involved and patient satisfaction. To achieve these objectives, the dental surgeon should know execute all phases of treatment, such as examination , diagnosis , planning and cementation of the prosthesis. All main and intermediate phases are important and depend on each other. Useless the tooth is prepared correctly if the other phases are neglected . It's like an extremely tough breaking a chain link leads to their destruction. This is the carving of a prosthetic tooth with purpose. As the prosthesis can present satisfactory longevity if the prepared tooth no mechanical condition hold it in position , if the wear was exaggerated and altered the pulp biology , if cervical termination was carried very subgingivally broken homeostasis area and if aesthetics was injured due to wear inadecuado.1 1 Herbert T.
