Resumen
La violencia escolar, es un problema que incide en el comportamiento de
los estudiantes, se determina cuáles son las causas y el efecto que estas
conductas conspiran con el Buen Vivir de la institución, enfocando el
problema cualicuantitativamente con sus respectivas fundamentaciones,
utilizando los métodos de investigación relacionados al problema, con la
correspondiente aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos de investigación
para obtener la información necesaria, analizando e interpretando los
resultados que permita presentar una propuesta, que consiste en la
elaboración de talleres o actividades de convivencia escolar con estrategias
pertinentes para disminuir la violencia y el rol que los docentes deben
desempeñar como mediadores de conflictos ante las situaciones que
presenten, de manera que se pueda cambiar o disminuir la violencia
escolar que se evidencia en la Unidad Educativa “Isabel Herrería Herrería”
ubicada al sur de la ciudad, en la Isla Trinitaria Cooperativa Independencia
II (Nigeria).
