SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LA EXPERIENCIA DEL PROCESO DIAGNÓSTICO DE SATISFACCION LABORAL EN UN CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INFANTIL DE GUAYAQUIL

Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización se basó en la experiencia práctica realizada en Guayaquil, en un Centro Desarrollo Infantil, población estudiada educadoras pertenecientes al programa, durante los meses de mayo a agosto del 2018. El tema planteado fue: proceso de diagnóstico de satisfacción laboral, el cual tenía como objetivo analizar la incidencia de las habilidades de los actores de la práctica en el proceso. La metodología: sistematización de la experiencia como herramienta de aprendizaje y retroalimentación. Durante esta práctica se evidenció la importancia del desarrollo de habilidades al realizar un proceso diagnóstico, además la influencia positiva (lo que permitió un proceso diagnóstico más eficiente) y negativa (lo que limitó ciertas acciones debido a la carencia de destrezas) de nuestras habilidades, facilitándonos y limitándonos el desarrollo del proceso diagnóstico. También vivenciamos como las relaciones interpersonales cobran relevancia en el proceso, en nuestro caso por la excelente acogida, colaboración y predisposición de cada una de las educadoras y autoridades del centro donde realizamos nuestras prácticas, facilitando y agilitando un proceso de diagnóstico más eficaz
The present systematization work was based on the practical experience carried out in Guayaquil, in a Child Development Center, studied population educators belonging to the program, during the months of May to August of 2018. The theme was: process of diagnosis of job satisfaction, which aimed to analyze the incidence of the skills of the actors of the practice in the process. The methodology: systematization of experience as a tool for learning and feedback. During this practice, the importance of the development of skills during a diagnostic process was evidenced, as well as the positive influence (which allowed a more efficient diagnostic process) and negative influence (which limited certain actions due to the lack of skills) of our abilities, facilitating and limiting the development of the diagnostic process. We also experience how interpersonal relationships become relevant in the process, in our case due to the excellent reception, collaboration and predisposition of each of the educators and authorities of the center where we carry out our practices, facilitating and expediting a more efficient diagnostic process
