Resumen
El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo elaborar un Proyecto de
Desarrollo Institucional para la escuela Fiscal Mixta N.- 226 “Clemencia
Ruilova Rugel”, el mismo que se fundamenta en una investigación
bibliográfica y de campo para encontrar el problema y alcanzar el
propósito deseado, porque se aplica en la escuela y el tipo de método
es el científico, para poder así recopilar toda la información acerca de
este trabajo de estudio como son las definiciones, fundamentos, que
contribuyan a mejorar la Organización Institucional y Académico. La
teoría científica presenta enfoques claros y precisos en su marco
teórico en donde sobresalen temas como: definiciones de organización,
clases de organización, origen y evolución de la gestión administrativa,
tipos de gestión. Este Proyecto de Desarrollo institucional para la
escuela Clemencia Ruilova Rugel será factible de realizarse así como
también medidas de administración, estrategias, técnicas, el trabajo en
grupos para fomentar la creatividad a todos los involucrados en el
quehacer educativo y toda la comunidad , todas ellas provienen de
libros, artículos y otras investigaciones en el contexto que son
provenientes del internet; y además sobre la información sacada de la
aplicación de los instrumentos de investigación como es la encuesta a
los Docentes. Por lo tanto este trabajo involucra sin duda alguna a
todos los docentes, y comunidad de la institución. Es importante
recalcar que el desarrollo institucional es el resultado de la ejecución y
de planes de acción o mejoramientos, al finalizar esta investigación
que los aspectos que más inciden en esta problemática son de tipo
socio educativo- académico. Todos los actores de la comunidad
educativa debemos tener acceso al manejo y conocimiento del proyecto
e integrarnos al proceso de implementación, seguimiento y evaluación.
El compromiso afectivo y activo de todos los miembros de la institución
es un factor determinante en el éxito.
The following work aims to develop an Institutional Development Project Joint Fiscal N. School - 226 "Clemencia Ruilova Rugel," the same which is based on a literature search and field to find the problem and achieve the desired purpose, because applied to the school and type of method is the scientist, and to collect all the information about this survey work such as definitions, fundamentals, which help improve the institutional and academic organization. Scientific theory has a clear focus and precise in their theoretical framework in which outstanding issues as the definition of organization, kinds of organization, origin and evolution of the administrative, management types. The Institutional Development Project to the school Clemencia Ruilova Rugel be feasible to perform as well as administration measures, strategies, techniques, work in groups to encourage creativity in everyone involved in educational work and the community, they all come books, articles and other research in the context that are from the internet, and also on information drawn from the application of research tools such as the Teachers' survey. Therefore, this work certainly involves all teachers, and community institution. Importantly, institutional development is the result of the implementation and action plans or improvements, at the end of this investigation that the aspects that affect these problems are a socio-academic education. All actors in the educational community must have access to and knowledge of project management and integrate the process of implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Affective and active commitment of all members of the institution is a decisive factor in success.
