Dysphemia is a name that receives a disturbance of the rhythm of speech when this quality is altered. Dysphemia affects the child the most and prevents verbal fluency due to exogenous, psychological factors, as a result children suffer from emotional affection, tics, blockages in the verbal production, for that reason the investigation in children was carried out, which supports these factors. The main objective of the research was to collect and systematize activities and functional linguistic exercises, covering fundamental areas such as: expression and fluency of verbal communication. To carry out this research work in the Psychiatric Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., we proceeded with the elaboration of an anamnesis where we recorded the data of the children, after which we proceeded to the evaluation for Dysphemia. In which the characteristics of breathing, intonation, rhythm, mechanical reading, prosody, etc. were analyzed. For the realization of this required sessions of 30 min to each child completed this process, we started with the treatment for dysphemia which began the first session Breathing. Buccofacial Praxias, Auditory Discrimination, Articulation and phonation and Relaxation. To conclude the treatment; It must be taken into account that the children's attendance at the therapy was irregular due to several factors that occurred in those months. The methodology used is based on observation, survey, structured interview aimed at children and people who influence their environment. The results obtained show the difficulty that children present to the treatment and the lack of adequate techniques. So the proposed hypothesis is accepted giving rise to a new language therapy for dysphemous children
