Habilitación del lenguaje y su influencia en habla en niños diagnosticados con parálisis cerebral infantil, estudio a realizar con niños de edades comprendidas entre 3 y 16 años en Fundación Asistencial Armada Nacional (FASAN) durante el período de septiembre 2010 a marzo 2011

Resumen
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal determinar técnicas adecuadas para la habilitación del lenguaje mediante una guía para padres y docentes para verificar la influencia en el habla de niños diagnosticados con Parálisis Cerebral Infantil para lo cual se aplicaron métodos de estimulación con niños diagnosticados con parálisis cerebral infantil, , con niños en edades de entre 3 y 16 años, de cualquier sexo resumiendo la problemática en ¿Cómo influye la habilitación del lenguaje en alimentación y habla de niños diagnosticados con Parálisis Cerebral Infantil? Se realizó un estudio descriptivo – explicativo de campo con la modalidad de proyecto factible, en la Fundación Asistencial Armada Nacional (FASAN) que en total fueron 27 pacientes. Se evaluó a cada niño con este diagnóstico en la institución para la metodología se utilizo la técnica de observación directa para comparar características físicas, cognitivas y motoras, historia clínica, entrevista cuyo instrumento la encuesta tipo likert se uso para padres y maestro, mediante la asistencias de tutorías y expertos en la materia se realizó un programa terapéutico personalizado de acuerdo a sus necesidades, aplicando los planes, junto con técnicas de estimulación y habilitación aprendidas, como las técnicas de inspiración y expiración, de Bobath para mejorar deglución, etc. Este proceso por supuesto benefició principalmente a los niños con diversos tipos de parálisis cerebral infantil, a sus familias que reforzaron nuevas formas de ayudar a sus hijos, a la institución que se enriqueció con esta guía terapéutica y se dio la orden a docentes que destinaran una hora a terapia de lenguaje. Los resultados obtenidos fueron satisfactorios, especialmente con factores tales como sialorrea, gesticulación de palabras, Deglución y Comunicación e interacción, lo que sirvió de base para proponer una guía para padres y docentes de técnicas de habilitación del lenguaje.

This process of course mainly benefited children with various types of infantile cerebral palsy, families that reinforced new ways to help their children, to the institution that was enriched by this therapeutic Guide and the order was given to teachers who spent an hour to language therapy. The results obtained were satisfactory, especially with factors such as drooling, gestures of words, swallowing and communication and interaction, which served as the basis to propose a guide for parents and teachers of language enabling techniques.
