Families of people with disabilities throughout the rehabilitation process are always an important pillar; however on the stage of job training become fundamental as the student faces a number of changes ranging from emotional, physical, mental and forming of a new role in society as productive entities; but family members sometimes do not fully comply with the role of guide and support the learning process of their children. The methods used in this research work is applied directly in the field of job training, and I was in daily contact with the students of an institution committed to the training process which included between 18 and 24 years, achieving feel directly the problems to which young people are exposed during the process and attitudes in the family that can help or harm. In the process of finding information I found a great willingness on the part of the management of an institution. Mange the implementation of the different instruments in the students and in turn significant information on youth. In this research work both students, teachers and parents benefit. Students acquire the ability to further enhance its capabilities with direct help from parents in training, thus fostering a psychological and emotionally healthy environment; teachers will have a new perspective on how to promote and encourage training effectiveness approaching it from a vision of partnership between parents and teachers; Parents get the expected results of job training and be involved directly in the process fulfilling a function reinforcement and constant feedback from lessons learned in sheltered workshops.
