The present work is based on descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective research developed in a universe and taking as sample 32 sample people who attended the center of the URO TAC SIMPLE VS ECOGRAFIA studies as a follow-up of chronic renal failure Objective: Analyze the use of the simple URO TAC vs ECOGRAPHY as a follow-up of chronic renal failure. Urography is a type of test that is used to evaluate the kidneys, ureters, and bladder. Excretory urography, also known as intravenous pyelogram, is performed using conventional x-rays, after intravenous administration of radiographic contrast agents. This technique is still performed in pediatric patients and young people. Computed tomography (CT) urography and magnetic resonance urography (MRI) use images produced by CT and MRI, respectively, after administration of an intravenous contrast agent, to obtain imaging of the urinary tract. CT urography (UROTAC) and NMR urography (UroRM) are used as primary imaging techniques to evaluate patients with blood in the urine (hematuria), to follow up patients with a previous history of cancers in the collecting system urinary, and to identify abnormalities in patients with recurrent urinary tract infections. In addition to the ability to provide images of the urinary tract, CT and MRI urography can provide valuable information about other abdominal and pelvic structures, and about diseases that can affect them. Conclusions :. The purpose of this work is to show patients, relatives and future imaging professionals the good management and control that the patient needs according to medical prescription in order to achieve an amazing improvement and improve the quality of life. With a feasible methodology and field of descriptive research in a quantitative way, to which the research project is focused for the assisted one in the Dr. Francisco de Icaza Bustamante Children's Hospital, in the period from October to December 2013 to finally have conclusions and recommendations, which are organized both technical level, and operational
