Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación se realizó en la Escuela de Educación
Básica “Dieciocho de Agosto” para determinar la problemática relacionada
a la deficiente gestión administrativa existente en esta unidad, por esta
razón para solución de esta situación se diseña esta guía de liderazgo, se
contó con la ayuda de los resultados obtenidos a través de entrevista,
encuesta y el estudio bibliográfico. La finalidad de esta investigación es
contribuir a las organización de las instituciones educativas, al cambio del
proceso educativo y perfeccionamiento del desarrollo profesional de los
directivos y que el esfuerzo unido contribuirá a la labor pedagógica con
los estudiantes y a un buen clima dentro de la institución .Además se
busca reflexionar sobre las cualidades que debe poseer un gerente actual
con espíritu de servicio dejando a un lado el egoísmo e intereses
personales y elevar la autoestima de los miembros de la comunidad
educativa
This research work was carried out in the School of Basic Education "Dieciocho de Agosto" to determine the problematic related to the deficient administrative management existing in this unit, for this reason to solve this situation this leadership guide was designed, it was counted on the help of the results obtained through interview, survey and bibliographical study. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the organization of educational institutions, to change the educational process and improve the professional development of managers and that the united effort will contribute to the pedagogical work with students and a good climate within the institution. It also seeks to reflect on the qualities that should have a current manager with a spirit of service leaving aside the selfishness and personal interests and raise the self-esteem of the members of the educational community
