Infecciones recurrentes en pacientes diabéticos tipo II en el tracto genito-urinario en Jipijapa, Manabí 2013

Resumen
Las infecciones de vías urinarias son enfermedades endémicas silenciosas que afectan a los pacientes diabéticos siendo, un problema de salud que conlleva complicaciones en la salud integral tanto como la coartación de sus tratamientos y trastornos posteriores a nivel renal. Entre las estadísticas se evidencia que más del 60% de los pacientes padecen esta patología y es difícil estadificar su incidencia. En esta investigación se determina la presencia de infecciones de vías urinarias en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 en base a observación, encuesta y exámenes clínicos, programas educativos preventivos y protocolos de tratamiento. La investigación fue retrospectiva, realizada en los Dispensarios del Seguro Social Campesino de las comunidades Gracias a Dios y Maldonado del cantón Jipijapa - Manabí considerando como universo todos los pacientes diabéticos afiliados que acuden a la consulta, el universo es de 480 pacientes diabéticos tipo II, con una muestra de 240 pacientes que padecen de sintomatología de afección en las vías urinarias, tomando como datos de filiación a los que consultaron por primera vez con estos síntomas. Para nuestro estudio, se tomó realizaron pruebas de sangre y se estableció glicemia basal en ayunas, con exámenes físicos, químicos y sedimentarios
Urinary tract infections are silent endemic diseases affecting diabetic patients is, a health problem that leads to complications in the overall health as coarctation of their treatments and later the kidney disorders. Among the statistics shows that over 60% of patients suffering from this disease and its incidence is difficult staging. This research determines the presence of urinary tract infections in type 2 diabetic patients based on observation, survey and clinical examinations, preventive educational programs and treatment protocols. The retrospective study was conducted in the Rural Social Security Dispensaries communities and Maldonado Thankfully Canton jipijapa - Manabi universe considered as affiliates all diabetic patients attending the consultation, the universe is 480 type II diabetic patients with a sample of 240 patients suffering from symptoms of urinary tract disease, taking as data affiliation to those who came for the first time with these symptoms. For our study, we took blood tests performed and baseline fasting glucose was established, with physical, chemical and sediment tests
