Resumen
El Síndrome de Hellp es una complicación en el embarazo que se diagnostica entre
el segundo, tercer trimestre de embarazo y el en periodo del puerperio a partir de
exámenes de laboratorio; en la presente investigación analizo los factores de riesgo
para el desarrollo de síndrome de hellp en pacientes preeclampticas en el Hospital
Universitario, metodología es de tipo, descriptivo, transversal y no experimental, el
estudio fue realizado a 100 pacientes con síndrome de Hellp en el periodo de enero
del 2018 a enero del 2019, entre los principales resultados, tenemos que el 32% se
le diagnostico síndrome de hellp completo y el 68% como síndrome de hellp
incompleto, el 30% no ha tenido controles prenatales y el 25% han sido
insuficientes.
