Resumen
La investigación que se plantea tendrá una importancia de primer orden, ya que
dotará a la empresa de una herramienta técnica y moderna, de fácil manejo para el
sistema administrativo dentro de la organización, logrando así los objetivos de la
empresa.
Nos permitirá mostrar que las evaluaciones tradicionales con base en ciertas
características no han sido eficaces.
Las evaluaciones satisfacen diferentes necesidades organizacionales e
individuales.
Implicará tener sistema de evaluación rediseñado de acuerdo a las tendencias
actuales definiendo cuales deberían ser las cualidades a ser tomadas en cuenta en la
evaluación, y ser consideradas para los gerentes.
Su motivación a mantenerse como una de las empresas líderes del mercado y
como una de las de mayor ascenso productivo hace que día a día piensen en innovar
sus sistemas en cada una de las áreas que forman parte de su organización. Pensando
en ello se da paso a nueva formas de calificación, nuevos formatos que aperturen
nuevas opciones para el desarrollo de todos y cada uno de los que forman parte de la
organización, y a su vez para buscar también una mayor eficiencia operacional y
hacerse mas competitivos ante un entorno que ofrece oportunidades de negocio cada
vez aun mas difíciles en un mundo globalizado.
