Resumen
El presente proyecto es de DESARROLLO DE UN SISTEMA WEB, QUE PERMITA ADMINISTRAR PEDIDOS, APLICADA A LA DISTRIBUIDORA REPUESTOS CÓRDOVA, con la finalidad de elaborar el proceso actual de mesa de servicio, a través del levantamiento de información y las técnicas de recolección de datos, se pudo obtener el mapeo de las actividades que realiza actualmente la distribuidora de repuestos Córdova. Posteriormente recopilada la información se procedió a elaborar los casos de uso, los cuales permitieron identificar cado rol y sus actividades, una vez definida cada actividad por rol, se realizó el sistema del proceso, donde se identificó actividades manuales lo que conlleva demora en el proceso. Mediante la herramienta de sistema web y con la información recopilada se mejoró el proceso de gestión de pedidos, lo que permitió modelar los procesos para su automatización y eliminar actividades que no son necesarias.
The present project is DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB SYSTEM, WHICH ALLOWS TO MANAGE ORDERS, APPLIED TO THE DISTRIBUTOR OF SPARE PARTS CÓRDOVA, in order to elaborate the current process of service desk. Through information gathering and data collection techniques, it was able to collect the mapping of the activities that are currently carried out by the distributor of spare parts Cordova. Subsequently, the information was collected, the use cases were elaborated, which allowed to identify each role and its activities, once each activity was defined by role, the process system was carried out, where hands on activities were identified, which entails a delaying in the process. Through the web system tool and with the information collected, the order management process was improved, which allowed modeling the processes for automation and eliminating activities that are not necessary.
