Incidencia de pacientes con diabetes que progresan a complicaciones vasculares en el HOSNAG en el período 2013- 2014

Resumen
Propósito: Analizar una problemática común a nivel mundial, pero de
manera muy particular encasillada al personal militar, dependientes y
derechohabientes que utilizan el seguro de salud ISSFA dentro
(HOSNAG). Identificando como los pacientes acuden a las consultas
con complicaciones vasculares secundarias a la diabetes.
Materiales y método: datos estadísticos de la institución Hospitalaria,
que consta en los registros de pacientes con diagnóstico de diabetes
que han sido atendidos por consulta externa y de aquellos que han
ingresado a hospitalización. La Investigación es descriptiva y
correlacional, el diseño es retrospectivo, no experimental.
Resultados: Se analizó que la población hospitalaria dentro del
HOSNAG que con mayor frecuencia presentan complicaciones
vasculares fueron aquellos pacientes comprendidos en el grupo etario
de más de 65 años, seguidos por el grupo conformado entre los 50 a 65
años. De la población naval estudiada, el personal en servicio pasivo
es el que presenta un alto porcentaje con diagnóstico de diabetes.
Conclusión: del análisis, se pudo concluir que las complicaciones
vasculares no son las más frecuentes en los pacientes con diabetes tipo
2
Purpose: To analyze a common problem worldwide, but in a very particular way pigeonholed military, dependents and beneficiaries who use health insurance ISSFA within a hospital naval stationed in the city of Guayaquil (HOSNAG) staff. Identifying and patients attending consultations with vascular complications secondary to diabetes. Materials and methods: use of statistical data of the institution hospital, the same as shown in the records of patients with diabetes has been treated for outpatient and those who have entered hospitalization. The research is descriptive and correlational design retrospective investigation is not experimental. Results: we analyzed that inpatient population within the HOSNAG most frequently vascular complications present were covered patients in the age group over 65 years, followed by group formed between 50 to 65 years. Naval populations studied, the staff in services liabilities is presenting a high percentage diagnosed with diabetes. Conclusion: the analysis, it was concluded that vascular complications are not frequently in patients with type 2 diabetes.
