Resumen
El bajo peso en recién nacido se define a un peso inferior de 2500 gramos. El objetivo general es
IDENTIFICAR FACTORES DE RIESGO ASOCIADOS AL BAJO PESO EN RECIEN
NACIDOS A TERMINO EN PACIENTE ADOLESCENTES DE 12 A 19 AÑOS
ATENDIDASE EN EL HOSPITAL MARIANA DE JESUS DESDE MAYO DEL 2015 –
FEBRERO 2016 con datos recolectados de las historias clínicas de la pacientes atendidas en el
hospital. Se establece como principales factores de riesgo: la edad materna, estudios peso y talla
de la madre, el estado civil y la procedencia estos factores se relacionaron con el peso talla y
apgar de los recién nacidos. El universo estuvo dato por los datos recopilados atendidas en el
hospital materno mariana de Jesús desde mayo 2015 a febrero 2016 de pacientes atendidas en lo
cual se todo de muestra a 111 pacientes de sus respectivas historias clínicas que tuvieron como
diagnostico bajo peso en recién nacidos a término. De estos datos mayor frecuencia de la edad
materna fue de 12 a 15 años con un 50%, el lugar de procedencia sobresalió la zona rural con un
75% , cursaban la secundaria con un 71% , se obtuvo que su estado civil son solteras con un
64%, en estos datos guardo mucha relación el peso y talla de las madres con el peso talla y apgar
de sus recién nacidos, se comprueba que este grupo de madres a estudiar sus recién nacidos
oscilaron entre las38 a 39 semanas de gestación con un 40%.

The overall objective is to identify risk factors ASSOCIATED WITH LOW BIRTH WEIGHT IN NEWBORN TO COMPLETION IN PATIENT TEENAGERS 12 TO 19 YEARS ATENDIDASE IN THE MARIANA HOSPITAL OF JESUS FROM MAY 2015 - FEBRUARY 2016 with data collected from medical records of patients treated at the hospital.
