The aim of our study was to determine the impact of Severe Preeclampsia in patients 15 to 28 years old Dr. Liborio Panchana Sotomayor Santa Elena Hospital in the period from October 2013 to March 2014. A descriptive, cross-sectional, analytical, prospective, experimental work where we have 18 patients who presented Severe Preeclampsia of different ages and work with a sample of 12 pregnant women ranging in ages 15 to 28 years was conducted. We were able to observe and determine the incidence of this disease being more significant in patients aged 19-20 years in our study group. As a result few patients were also identified completed their pregnancy or cesarean delivery resulting response 83% of the cases corresponded to Caesarean section and 17% of cases of severe Preeclampsia term in Vaginal birth because we realized also about the importance of prenatal care as influences health of each patient to prevent future maternal perinatal complications. The complications associated with preeclampsia in our study were Severa Premature Rupture of Membranes (50 % ) , Fetal bradycardia ( 25%) and Amnionitis ( 25%). These findings show the main risk factors for Severe Preeclampsia within the study population , which may serve as clinical markers to detect disease in the early clinical stages and prevent progression to severe forms.
