Resumen
Hablar de turismo en la ciudad de Guayaquil es un poco controversial dado a que no se
saca un máximo provecho en las tendencias tecnológicas para fomentar un de desarrollo
turístico ya que muchos de los turistas que visitan la urbe no están bien informados
respecto a lo que observan, ni para donde recurrir y seguir visitando los demás lugares
emblemáticos. El presente trabajo de titulación se ha elaborado con el objetivo de facilitar
una guía turística interactiva para las personas interesadas en conocer los sitios
representativos de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Con el desarrollo de este proyecto se obtiene
un aplicativo móvil para dispositivos smartphones con tecnología Android administrado a
través de un aplicativo web y soportado mediando un servidor. Se pretende mantener
informado y guiado a las personas que usen el aplicativo móvil tanto en rutas, guías,
etiquetas basada en realidad aumentada e ilustración en 2D de sitios, así como
información detallada del mismo y de objetos del entorno que la rodea. La aplicación móvil
está desarrollada en XAMARIN plataforma de Microsoft, utilizando framework de realidad
aumentada WikiTude logrando que esta sea más dinámica y robusta. La aplicación web
está basada en lenguaje c# - .net haciendo uso de servicios web REST (web). Se ha
utilizado la metodología ágil Scrum, este permite un mejor desarrollo del proyecto con la
mejora paso a paso mediante la comunicación, el control y la organización. Este trabajo
beneficia a todos los turistas nacionales o extranjeros que visiten los sitios novedosos
aportando una guía digital con información relevante y de calidad haciendo uso de
tecnologías para hacer más interactivo el aplicativo con rutas y lugares cercanos para
seguir con el recorrido turístico.
Speaking of tourism in the city of Guayaquil is a bit controversial given that you do not take full advantage of technological trends to promote tourism development since many of the tourists who visit the city are not well informed about what they observe, or where to turn and continue visiting the other emblematic places. This degree work has been prepared with the aim of providing an interactive tourist guide for people interested in knowing the representative sites of the city of Guayaquil. With the development of this project a mobile application is obtained for smartphones with Android technology managed through a web application and supported through a server. It is intended to keep informed and guided people who use the mobile application in routes, guides, labels based on augmented reality and 2D illustration of sites, as well as detailed information about it and objects from the surrounding environment. The mobile application is developed in Microsoft's XAMARIN platform, using WikiTude augmented reality framework making it more dynamic and robust. The web application is based on c # - .net language using REST (web) web services. Agile Scrum methodology has been used, this allows a better development of the project with the step-by-step improvement through communication, control and organization. This work benefits all national or foreign tourists who visit the new sites by providing a digital guide with relevant and quality information using technologies to make the application more interactive with routes and nearby places to continue with the tourist route.
