Resumen
La presente tesis de grado esta forjada en la necesidad de disminuir las deficiencias administrativas y académicas del Sistema de Estudios Semipresenciales a Distancia de la Facultad de Filosofia Letras y Ciencias de la Educación. Al ser el Sistema un estudio semipresencial, el estudiante tiene poco contacto con su tutor, por lo tanto el texto de ayuda, es parte fundamental en el auto-aprendizaje del estudiante, este realiza las funciones del tutor en su ausencia, y la falta del texto limita el rendimiento del estudiante. La metodología utilizada en este estudio, como son las técnicas de observación directa e indirecta, encuestas y método heurístico, capaces de recoger los datos necesarios para el desarrollo científico del proyecto. Esta metodología permitió ubicar los problemas en diferentes áreas del Sistema, se eligieron los de mayor incidencia, es decir los problemas que afectan la imagen de la institución en el mercado, estos tienen que ver con la Gestión de distribución de textos, que como ya se menciono es parte esencial en la formación de los futuros profesionales. Se presento las soluciones necesarias para el mejoramiento de estos procesos, estas serán de corto y mediano plazo, se propone mejorar la distribución de textos, mediante un sistema de inventario adecuado y actualizado, para una mejor programación de la producción o solicitud de los textos, basados en la proporción del uso que se le da a cada uno de los textos, el objetivo es eliminar las devoluciones de textos, las cuales ocasionan perdidas al sistema. Como parte complementaria a esta solución se automatizara los procesos antes mencionados mediante un Sistema de redes (intranet) y un cronograma de distribución de textos adecuado, a los diferentes centros universitarios del país. Las soluciones expuestas en este proyecto permitirán mejorar significativamente los ingresos además de mejorar el servicio a nuestros clientes.
This thesis is forged in the need to reduce the administrative and academic deficiencies System Blended Distance Learning, Faculty of Arts and Sciences Philosophy of Education. As the study of semi-presence system, the student has little contact with his tutor, so the help text is a fundamental part in the self-study student, it performs the functions of the tutor in his absence, and lack of text limits student performance. The methodology used in this study, as are the techniques of direct and indirect observation, surveys and heuristic able to collect the necessary data for the scientific development of the project method. This methodology allowed to locate the problems in different areas of the system were chosen the most impact, ie the problems affecting the image of the institution in the market, these have to do with the management of distribution of texts, as already mention is an essential part in the formation of future professionals. The solutions needed to improve these processes, these are short and medium term is to improve the distribution of texts by an adequate system of inventory and updated for better production scheduling or application of the texts was presented, based on the proportion of use that is given to each of the texts, the goal is to eliminate refunds texts, which cause losses to the system. As a complement to this solution the above processes by a system of networks (intranet) and a distribution schedule of appropriate texts, the different universities in the country automate. The solutions presented in this project will enable significantly improved while improving service to our clients income.
