Resumen
El trabajo investigativo que se ha elaborado tiene como finalidad presentar el
manejo correcto y eficiente además de los beneficios que presentan las herramientas
denominadas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) y la necesidad
que las nuevas generaciones tienen de la innovación de recursos utilizados por los
docentes a la hora de impartir las clases, ya que se observó que los estudiantes
disponen de mayor receptividad, motivación y participación cuando los
conocimientos a adquirir son presentados de una manera más dinámica y
satisfactoria a sus intereses. Para la presente investigación se hizo uso de la
modalidad bibliográfica y de campo, empleando, además, métodos investigativos
como el inductivo, deductivo, y científico. Se manipularon diversas técnicas como
las encuestas y entrevistas aplicadas a estudiantes, docentes y a una de las
autoridades principales de la unidad educativa para la recopilación de datos e
información necesaria dentro de la investigación. Se logró la aceptación por parte
de la comunidad educativa y de los favorecidos de la elaboración de una guía
didáctica para el uso de las herramientas TIC para los docentes del platel.
The investigative work that has been prepared aims to present the correct and efficient management in addition to the benefits of the tools called Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and the need that new generations have for the innovation of the resources which teachers use when teaching classes, since it was observed that students have greater receptivity, motivation and participation when the knowledge to be acquired is presented in a more dynamic and satisfactory way to their interests. For the present investigation the bibliographic and field modality was used, also using investigative methods such as inductive, deductive and scientific. Various techniques such as surveys and interviews applied to students, teachers and one of the main authorities of the educational unit in order to collect of data and information necessary within the investigation. It was achieved the acceptance by the educational community and those favored by the development of a didactic guide for the use of ICT tools for teachers of the institution
