Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal presenta un
plan de mejora de la competitividad que brinde un servicio altamente calificado
y mejore las operaciones que se realizan dentro de la empresa para satisfacer
altamente y mejore las operaciones que se realicen dentro de la empresa para
satisfacer al cliente en todas sus necesidades. En el estudio de mercado
realizado se demostró que la competencia esta brindando mejor servicio a
nuestros clientes, para ello la metodología utilizada durante este trabajo y para
la toma de información de las diferentes necesidades del cliente con respecto
al servicio fue: Un estudio de mercado para conocer la situación actual de la
oferta y demanda del servicio portuario. Mediante información generada en los
anteriores años, además se estructuro la cadena de valor como una
herramienta de análisis gerencial para evaluar las actividades internas y
externas de la empresa, también se realizo una evaluación de la cinco fuerzas
de portter para demostrar el grado de competitividad de la misma. Luego de
este proceso se determino los principales problemas utilizando la herramienta
del diagrama causa - efecto para encontrar las posibles causas de los mismos,
asimismo se realizo un diagrama de paretto para clasificar las causas mayores
y presente una propuesta de solución. Se planteo como propuesta: mejorar la
competitividad el cual involucra un plan de mejora de la calidad en el proceso
de recepción, almacenaje, despacho de contenedores, implantar un plan de
mantenimiento preventivo para las maquinas porta contenedores y un rediseño
de planta que permita mejorar el flujo y reducir los tiempos de demora, se
utilizo la investigación de campo la cual dio como resultado la Factibilidad de
mejorar los servicios y recuperar a nuestros clientes, se realizo el análisis
económico el cual demuestra la Factibilidad de la propuesta y los beneficios de
ejecutar este proyecto.
The main objective of this research work is to present a competitiveness improvement plan that provides a highly qualified service and improve the operations carried out within the company to satisfy highly and improve the operations carried out within the company to satisfy the customer in all their needs. After This process was determined the main problems using the tool of the cause - effect diagram to find the possible causes of them, Likewise, a paretto diagram was made to classify the major causes and present a proposed solution. It was proposed as a proposal: to improve competitiveness which involves a quality improvement plan in the process of reception, storage, dispatch of containers, implement a plan of preventive maintenance for container transport machines and a redesign of plant that allows to improve the flow and reduce the delay times, I use field research which resulted in the Feasibility of improve services and recover our customers, the analysis was carried out which demonstrates the Feasibility of the proposal and the benefits of run this project.
